in the Shire of Angels Keep

The Shire of Angels Keep is pleased to announce that it will be hosting the Fall Session of the AEthelmearc Academy and War College on November 12, 2011 at the Auburn United Methodist Church, 99 South Street, Auburn, NY. The church and downstairs classrooms are handicapped accessible, the upper classrooms, however, are not. Please plan accordingly.

The site will open at 9 am and close at 8 pm. A delicious day board will be provided for all by our talented Lady Svanna in kyrra (Kristen Lindstrom, 315-258-8709 or ladysvana@gmail.com). All dietary concerns should be addressed to Lady Svana.

Cost for the day, including day board, for members is $7 per adult, $4 per child age 12 and under. Cost for non-members (includes $5 non-member surcharge) is $12 for adults and $9 for children 12 and under. Checks should be made out to SCA Inc – Barony of Delftwood and mailed to the autocrat, THLady Moniczka Elzbietka Poznanska (Martha Powers, 253 Seymour Street Auburn, NY 13021, 315-515-3086 or moniczkap@verizon.net).

Our Class Coordinator for this event is Baroness Olivia d'Anjou. If you have questions about a class that you would like to teach at this event, please contact her via email at olivia1475@gmail.com . Teacher registration will soon be available through the AEcademy website ( http://www.aecademy.org/ )

Directions: From I-90, take the Weedsport exit, turn right onto Hwy 34. Follow the Hwy 34 thru Weedsport, and into Auburn. We are about 1/2 mile past the Genesee St. intersection on your right. You will need to turn right on Fitch and enter the parking lot on the right.

If you are coming from the south on Hwy 34, you will find AUMC on your left as you enter into Auburn. You will turn left on Fitch and enter the parking lot on the right.
