Greetings citizens of AEthelmearc!

Fall Aecademy and War College

Come tanners and tailors, come fencers and fiber artists, come swordsmen and scribes - come all ye with knowledge to share and a desire to learn to the Fall AEcademy and War College in the Shire of Nithgaard.

We shall gather at the Magnum Event Center, 264 Wilson Street, Wallaceton, PA 16876 (your GPS may indicate Morrisdale instead, this is the same location. Your GPS should faithfully deliver you to the right place.) on November 12th, 2016. The site will open at 9 am and the day's events will conclude and the site close by 8 pm.

We are now seeking teachers in all disciplines to fill our many classrooms, our large field space, and our generous indoor gymnasium. We especially welcome all first-time teachers and Youth Track classes.  To register to teach a class, please visit Æcademy registration page

The registration fee includes a scrumptious Spanish-themed dayboard by Head Cook Mistress Phiala O'Ceallaigh.

Adult Event Registration is $15. Adult Member Discount Event Registration is $10. Youth Registration (ages 6-17) is $5.00, and children age 5 and under are free.  Please show proof of membership at the door.

Registrations are now being accepted.  For a speedier check-in at Troll, SCA members who pre-register should include a photocopy of their current SCA membership card with their check for $10, made payable to "SCA PA, Inc.—Shire of Nithgaard."   Please send registrations to your Autocrat, Lady Elena de la Palma c/o Dawn Sauer, 626 Galen Drive, State College PA 16803. Directions to the site: 

From all parts of the state: Find your best route to I-80. Take exit 133 for PA-53 toward Phillpsburg/Kylertown. Turn left onto PA-53 S. When the road forks, keep left to continue on PA-53 for 3 miles. Then, turn right onto Wallaceton Morrisdale Rd and continue for 0.8 mi. Turn left to stay on Wallaceton Morrisdale Rd for 1.1 mi. Turn left to stay on Wallaceton Morrisdale Rd for 1.5 mi. Turn right onto Boundary Rd 472 ft. Turn left onto Wilson St and the Magnum Events Center will be on your left. GPS units are typically accurate in guiding to this location.
